Steven John Williams/Gwawr Hughes led from Start to Finish on the Rali Bro Cader, a daylight road rally based largely on the Trawsfynydd Ranges.
Crews tackled a simple main road Regularity before embarking on eleven tests, seven on the Ranges.
Hughes has been a regular winner on stage events at the venue but for the driver it was his maiden rally win. They were the only crew to clean the first test and then built up a lead which amounted to thirteen seconds at the Finish. Despite this small margin, their position was never in doubt.
Two Proton crews took second and third, with Rob Evans/Caron Jones beating Euros Hughes/Dylan John Williams to the runner up spot.
Geraint Wyn Williams/Ianto Jones came from the reserve list to take fourth place and the Semi-Expert class win.
Stephen Kerr/Helen Kerr finished fifth, they would have taken fourth but for two penalties for hitting tyres.
