NATIONAL B RALLY
The penultimate round of the HRCR Clubmans Championship, the Throckmorton Challenge, turned into another father/son battle with Howard Warren/Ryan Pickering beating off a challenge from Matt Warren/Nick Jones, who had led for first part of the event.
It was not a good day for some Championship hopefuls. Steve Entwhistle/Bob Hargreaves suffered to a certain extend from being first car on the road and finished in 21st place. James Griffiths/James Howell retired with a broken clutch.
